How Me Time Coffee Started

Me Time Coffee started with a simple realization: women are constantly being told to practice self-care, but most of the advice requires finding even more time in an already full schedule.

I wanted to create something different.

As an entrepreneur, active-duty service member, and someone with a background in fitness and nutrition coaching, I understood that telling busy women to simply “make more time” wasn’t the answer.

The time was already there.

For millions of women, it’s in something they already do every morning: drink coffee.

So I took that everyday moment and built a brand around it.

Me Time Coffee turns your first cup into an intentional pause between waking up and starting your day. Even if it’s only 10 minutes.

I’m Toni Nicole, founder of Me Time Coffee®.

Before Me Time Coffee became a business, the idea behind it came from years of helping women through fitness and nutrition coaching. I learned that sustainable change rarely comes from completely rearranging your life. It comes from finding small things you can consistently do within the life you already have.

That same thinking became the foundation of Me Time Coffee.

I wanted to create a company that didn’t sell women another thing to add to their plates. I wanted to help them reclaim a few minutes from a routine they were already doing.

Coffee became that starting point.

Today, I’m building Me Time Coffee  centered on great coffee, intentional mornings, and helping women create simple, sustainable ways to make themselves part of their own daily schedule.
