Legacy: African Cold Brew Coffee Blend
You've tried making cold brew at home. It came out flat, watery, or so bitter you went back to paying $10 for someone else's.
Meet Legacy, a specialty-grade African coffee blend made with Ethiopian and Ugandan beans. Smooth, bold, and naturally sweet, it's a medium-dark roast crafted to make a seriously good cold brew at home.
But here's the thing: cold brew is a brewing method, not a type of coffee.
Legacy was developed with cold brewing in mind, but these beans aren't limited to cold water. Enjoy them hot, as espresso, or in a French press with the appropriate grind.
And there's a little history behind this one. Legacy started as a February sample, but you loved it enough to earn it a permanent place in our lineup.
So yes, you helped make this one happen.

Every bag is roasted to order in small batches, so it reaches you fresh. Store it some where cool and dry, awayfrom sunlight and heat, and keep the bag sealed between pours. For the best flavor, enjoy it within 4 weeks of the roast date.Whole bean stays freshest, so grind just before brewing if you can. Need a grinder? Here are the ones we recommend.
Your candle is hand-poured in small batches with coconut apricot wax and a wooden wick, so a little care keeps it burning beautifully to the last.
- Let the first burn set the tone. The first time you light it, let the wax melt all the way to the edges before you put it out, about 2 to 3 hours. It keeps the burn even for the whole life of the candle.
- Trim the wooden wick to about a quarter inch before every light. It keeps the flame clean and the burn a soft whisper.
- Keep each burn to around 4 hours, somewhere away from drafts.
- Retire the vessel once about a half inch of wax is left.
